I've found Lightspeed good as they pay out at low limits - £5 I think - I've been with Yogov for over a year and only made £20 and in spite of pleading emails they refuse to pay out until the total is £50. They used to send me at least one a week, so it looked achievable to get £50 in a year, but now they send very few and most are just for Prize Draw entries - which I refuse to do.
Today I queried Global Opinion Surveys, as they keep sending me surveys without telling me what they will pay. This was their reply (and it was for a 25 minute survey):
'this particular survey offered 600 reward points upon completion. Once you have collected 9000 points, these can be redeemed for a cash equivalent of £5.00.'
I think they have deliberately made it hard to work out what the actual money is per hour - my brain cells are dead today and I just can't work out what this works out to in terms of money for this survey. Can anyone do the maths?
Yeah I use Lightspeed quite a lot, I think you can withdraw any amount, I had a couple of payouts into my Paypal account. I'm signed up to some of these ones that give you a bizare number of points too, but try to avoid them:rotfl: . Pinecone is definitely best if you can get on the panel!
I joined a focus group, it sounded really good, I've been invited once, payment was £50!! Catch was you had to earn over about £100,000 a year and work on the stock market or somthing like that:eek:0 -
im with you, i dont do long surveys if all you get is 25p at the end of it!
I think its important to email the survey company back and TELL them that you're not doing the survey because the pay is too low. I did it a few times to one company - forgotten who, but the next survey they sent was £3 for 20 minutes...so I felt it was worth emailing them! - better than CIAO's 10p for 25 minutes!0 -
I gotta say, i think it's extremely brave of you to even offer your services. I think people have to understand that if something does go wrong, they are fully responsible for this themselves.
Thanks for taking the time to try with us - sorry I deserted it halfway thru!!:o
Please let me know when you're up for it again. :TI'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0 -

Just had a text message from someone at a company called 60 Minute Business Programme which says 'Thank you for visiting my website about the business opportunity. Let me know what time is best to call you today'.
Don't remember showing interest in this company but anything is possible as I've been signing up for all sorts of things recently.
