Getting a Letter of satisfaction from Finance Co. - delaying, no help - can you??
Hi,
We bought a car on finance in Dec and it was just returned for te 3rd time as faulty and then we were told that this was too expensive to repair. Car Showroom have taken car back but finance company are dragging their feet and won't update our record accordingly - now we are having problems trying to get another car. I have asked the finance co. to write a few lines to confirm this so i can take this to the next car place but they said they will do this when they are ready and no sooner - which could take weeks. Can anyone advise as to what i can do to hurry them up?
