Thats assuming that the DFS sale EVER ends. I sit watching TV, and I think I am in Groundhog Day, as there is another DFS advert on the TV!

Sure the last advert I saw said it ends this Sunday...

Does anyone else think 'el gordo' has missed a trick here - merge Northern Rock with Land of Leather, pay the depositors out in sofas, and voila (pun intended) CPI at 0.1%

Perhaps we can get our consumer revenge by buying DFS out of stock and then they won't advertise for at least 6 months while new sofas are being made? But then there are all those other 3-initialed sofa places that invade my television set on a daily basis.
