    Just have CH redone and let them take everything -- went with the cheapest quote from the reputable small local business and was happy to pay that price, have my CH done, and come back to a house that looked finished. Quote included removal of all the old stuff & seeing as they spent a good two hours in my dangerous loft cutting the old water tanks in half to squish them through my pathetically small loft hatch, they're welcome to a little beer money if they can get it!
