I hadnt heard of them before. However, a check on google and it appears mortgage brokers can pay £10 a lead from GPMA. So, its not like a network which does compliance checks but more a lead generating service. There is no vetting of the firms that sign up for the service but then there wouldnt be. There is no requirement to be independent from the looks of things at their website. So make sure it really is an independent mortgage broker that turns up(and whole of market on insurance business as you can be one without the other).

We got our broker through these as well. He has been helpful and everything has run smoothly so far. But like previous post said make sure you ask them if they can source from the whole of the market or not.
