    I struggle with SOA's but:
Rent - 0 (Housing benefit- otherwise it would be £1500 pcm, yes housing association) Should list the amount in expenditure and HB recieved in income even if cancelling out.
Houskeeping Including food and kids clubs etc- £400
    Gas/Electricity - £80
    Water - £35
Telephone/Broadband/Sky/Mobile - £70 Might be better to just list as Landline/Mobiles.
Petrol etc - £90 (we live miles from schools as we are in Temp accom)
    Clothing - £40
Maint/fines - 0 (did not include CCJs because have not paid these since the move
    Council tax - 0
Others - £164 What's that. If I have to ask, so will the OR.
    car tax/ins/maint/mot - £41
    Life insurance - £10
    Pet insurance - £15
    dog food - £15
    Haircuts - £26
    Dry cleaning - £6
    TV License - £11
    Holidays/presents/birthdays - £30
    Emergency/contingency - £20

    Total - £889- 1 Adult, 1 13 year old, 1 9 year old, 1 16 month old and 1 dog.

I'm sure others will have more help. :)

My OR put cont/birthdays/holidays all together and allowed me £80. I would also think dog food should be included in you general hk and you could up your clothing a little, but i am by no means an expert.lolDalip

Rent - 0 (Housing benefit- otherwise it would be £1500 pcm, yes housing association)You should show the income and expenditure rather than nert them off; so £1,500 in Income as Housing Benefit, and £1,500 in Expenditure as Rent
Houskeeping Including food and kids clubs etc- £400 I would show £400 as food and groceries, and then Kids Clubs as a seperate item of expenditure.
    Gas/Electricity - £80
    Water - £35
    Telephone/Broadband/Sky/Mobile - £70
Petrol etc - £90 (we live miles from schools as we are in Temp accom)
Clothing - £40 For three children and one adult that really should be closer to £100
Maint/fines - 0 (did not include CCJs because have not paid these since the move
    Council tax - 0
Others - £164 You'll need to break this down into more detail (they're the ones below:D )
    car tax/ins/maint/mot - £41
    Life insurance - £10
    Pet insurance - £15
    dog food - £15
    Haircuts - £26
    Dry cleaning - £6
    TV License - £11

Income including all benefits and rent/housing benefit cancelling each other out - £910 (however I think this may also change because of child tax credits.)If it does change, then notify O.R accordingly.

    Hi NME,

Almost perfect for the first draft.:D

There'll be no question of an IPA if your income is predominantly benefits, so as long as it's a decent summary, which it is, then it'll be fine.

and your "others" as listed total £174
sorry if I sound a little retentive to have added it up :o

If you're already paying the Life Insurance premium, the O.R takes the policy, and you have the option to buy it back, equivalent to 3months premiums I think.

If you haven't taken it out already then you should take out a policy with your children as nominees; it's like a trust fund that your bankruptcy can't touch; it's very straightforward.

We cancelled all our policies; I couldn't stand the prospect of the O.R benefitting from my untimely demise, should I work myself to death. :rotfl: :rotfl:
