Some of you might have already seen this, some of you might have even donated to the Meningitis Research Foundation, but this great cause has been running here on MSE for a few months now and has raised a good deal of money.

Wow, thats really sweet of you and when i read storys like that it makes me give an extra kiss to my baby girl who at 6 months old also had this horrid bug, thankfully 5 months on and it looks like she wont have any lasting damage.

I work in a small pub and we have had a few quiz nights which have raised over £200 for meningitis research.
