Abbey Business Acc. 'customer services' JOKE

Steam coming from my ears as I write.
Travel 50 miles and attempt to make a payment on my debit card but machine stating 'pin blocked'. Phone abbey customer services and in a que for 45 mins with 'thank you for your patience' classical music and i'm apparently moving up the que! - NO ANSWER - so have to abandon purchase.
following morning - 20 minutes then thru to cust advisor who informs ' no block on my card and just break the amount down into 2 seperate smaller payemnts to get payment accepted' Dubious about this and explain that i've got to travel along way only to find out that it's the same situation if his info's not correct.
Travel out again and guess what. STILL BLOCKED. Phone Abbey 40 MINS on an 0845 number and my mobile ran out of charge before i got to speak to anyone!
Leave again empty handed and potentially losing a customer.
Have just penned a very curt letter and will be moving banks.
UNBELIEVABLE delays on phone ...what can i do to get some compo or at the very least an appology.
All this messing about has cost me at least £800 revenue and £50 in costs and i'm still no further.
