Halifax Childrens Regular Savers Account?

Hi all!

Does anyone have experience of this savings account? It looks very good and I know it is recommended By Martin but just wondered if anyone here has actually opened one?

    Hi there

    I have one for each of my kids and have had it 2 years running now. I've found it to be excellent. I save £100 a month in each one and the 10% interest is credited at the end of the run when all the funds, plus interest go into the childs linked saveforit account (about 5% interest). It a simple, high interest savings account. Just make sure you dont need to make any withdrawals within the 12 month term.
