i know you can buy large quantities of stamps from costco that work out cheaper than the face value, so it isn't necessarily dodgy........ not sure whether it is or it isn't though!:happyhear0

Don't forget the prices go up in April (or something) so buy 'em now whilst they're cheap.
I don't think you can get them that cheaply from costco, even with the discount.It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
