Have you called 150??
I know it takes ages to get through but it IS free.
You need to be sure you are actually talking to BT not some dodgy scam.
You can pay your bill via this line.0 -
The worst calls are from companies claiming to be in association with BT, how do we know if these are genuine or not, could easily be just sales patter.
I think it was dialaphone "in association with BT" claiming BT wanted to give me a free mobile phone - but there was mention of £9.99 a month for blah calls blah line rental blah blah blah.
I told them to just send me the free phone - still waiting for it !!!!
Who can we call at BT to verify if companies have marketing agreements with them - and if they do isn't this a way of bypassing TPS0
