plastering quote

my son live in leicestershire and needs some plastering doing,he has had one quote of 1118 pounds for skimming one wall in the sitting room, skimming one wall in a bedroom, overboarding ceilings in hall and landing, then skimming all ceilings and walls on hall stairs and landing. Obviously there will be prep work as well.
Is this quote reasonable? should he get another quote ,money is tight he has just bought his first house and was taken back by his quote ,by the way he also needs a bathroom suite fitting any ideas the rough cost of this please .

without knowing the actual area, the quote seems fairly reasonable.

a standard bath suite fitting will be approx 200/400 plus any materials used.
assuming a straight replacement?

For the plastering work,this sounds about right if the plasterers going to supply all materials. i'd get a couple more quotes in just to make sure. £400 seems the going rate for a straight replacement of bathroom suites.
