Longest low-rate balance transfer cards?

I'm looking to borrow about £4000 on credit to keep the interest low, looking to pay it off over about 5 years. I've applied for the Citi one mentioned in Martin's article and been accepted but I'm still waiting for it to come, and I'd guess they wouldn't give me a credit limit anywhere near that so I might need 2/3 cards. Is there any other similar long term, low interest balance transfer deals?
