I'm not sure the BBC report is accurate.
I had just listened to the interview with the report's author and he definitely said 8% in 2008. The BBC reports does say differently. I couldn't find any other link than the BBC one so posted that.
I didn't read it or check it for accuracy first!
Perhaps someone else can find a link to the actual report or press release?
It is all academic to an extent as no-one does know, but reports like this might just help increase the fear factor amongst sellers, which, in itself, will reduce prices anyway.0 -
