i had a low spend all round as very poor until payday... however i joined a new bingo site and won a few times, all in all over £30.... but i didn't have any funds to deposit to withdraw (IYSWIM) so ended up frittering the whole £30 away again!!!
Never cost me anything for an evenings bingo online, but not very MSE not taking the money and running!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
HI IA, thanks for this, I love this thread!!!!
So, last week I bought some new golf shoes and a bag to put them in £105, would have been much more but the golf pro at the shop didn't have time to sell us some clubs and they didn't have the shoes OH wanted in stock. We are back on Wednesday so we'll probably have spend-a-thon then..... However golf shouldn't cost too much in the future as the place OH is posted to has it's own golf course!!! MSE golf 4 us yippee!!!! Well as soon as we can sell our house and move there :rolleyes:Debtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0 -

OMG (and Martin) forgive me!
I spent a bl00dy fortune this month:
bag (to match my umbrella) - £170
Vanity case (to match new bag) - £125
2 suitcases (they really are VERY pretty) £400
2 piece suit (makes me feel like a million dollars) £70
scarf £20 (should have been £40 but they'd displayed a 50% off sign in the wrong place. I would have paid £40 and saw the purchase as a £20 saving)
Pot of tea & slice of pizza (whilst shopping) £5
Of course I'm not going to go shopping again for a long, long time.
