Book People/Parcelnet.

Has anyone had any problem with The BookPeopole, or their courier of choice - Parcelnet?

I thought they were a reputable company but oh no!!! As soon as I order from them, my opinion changed.

Having said that, the problem seems to be with Parcelnet, but the way TBP have been fobbing me off, they are partly to blame too.

Apparently the courier couldn't find my house - I live on a main road with my number clearly displayed outside.

3 weeks this has been going on. I ginally got sick and asked for my money back on Thursday last week, and they said someone would ring me back. Guess what! No phone call!! :mad:L
I asked for my money backa again this morning, so hopefully I will get it back thisd time

I've never had any trouble with the Book People, they are usually very good..but that doesn't sound good:o

I've used them many times in the past too, and always had my books the following day with no problems. It sounds like a courier problem to me
