Grandmother clock - advice needed

My father-in-law died recently and we have inherited his grandmother clock, this isn’t something that we particularly wanted, but we wanted to keep it in the family. Unfortunately upon getting it home and setting it back up we’ve realised it doesn’t now work properly. It chimes on quarter to rather than 0’clock, I think it could also do with a good service. Does anyone know how much approximately this would cost to repair and where I would start looking for someone to come out and look at it?
Thanks
