Roughly how much would it cost for a builder to remove an internal door and block up the hole. Then knock a hole in another wall about 1 meter wide and 2.5 meters high and re plaster all around the work and skim the rest of the walls in the 2 rooms.
The rooms are 4.1 x 3.4 and 3.8 x 3.4
