Buildings insurance

Does anyone know of a company which offers building insurance who provides the insurance schedule very quickly? Is there anywhere you can go i.e. bank or if you go to a broker where the schedule would be given to you there and then?

For reference, most IFAs or mortgage advisors can get cover on the spot and give you a printout of all the required information along with the policy number.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
