buying year old car from dealer - do i need to check under hood

Hello, i am about to purchase a one year old car from SEAT dealership. the car has a slight bruise on the inner door edge and Seat have promised to fix it. dont know much about cars, if i look under the bonnet, all i would be able to figure out is how to check the oil since it has done 2700 miles, it is probably a demo,…

thanks for the advice,

i negotiated an increase on the price of my trade in and a small decrease on the car to be sold.

i think i hit the price that they wanted at the end, but i am no good at negotiating and wanted the car and wanted to move on.

did a price check on parkers, and by their standards, i think i lost out on 200-300 pounds,
