Women's netball teams in Swansea area?

Hey,

After spending the last week playing various games with schoolkids as part of my secondment with the Prince's Trust I have been thinking bout taking up netball again (or basketball).

I played both in school and was wondering if you knew of any groups/teams in Swansea?

More for fun than competitive though!

Dont know of any Netball teams, but have you thought of Ladies Football? Loughor Rovers have a great set up, playing but in a really enjoyable way, brilliant for fitness and fun.Play on Sunday afternoons and train on Wednesday.

Look at website - google- beehivethisissouthwales, look under the sport section.

I've never played football, apart from the odd kick the ball back to someone! Plus don't think I'm fit enough for that yet! But thanks for the reply

Hey girls (I'm assuming )

a work mate of mine plays in a Llanelli net ball team. Not sure if its a bit out of the way, but I assume then that there are Swansea teams (a la, the competition) but not sure about details. I can try get some details, but theres defo some out there if you look hard enough. Anyone tried the council?
