Hi guys
Signed up to both today and have had my first sales within an hour :j
Sold a different boxset DVD on each website, and very spookily its the same buyer who has bought both!! i.e. sold one on playtrade to mr X and the one on amazon also to the same mr X.
Now I know this is definately the same buyer for both items.
Can I send both items in same package?
Or should I send separately?
Should I contact buyer and explain to see what their preference is?
Should I offer some sort of postage discount/refund?
Or should I pretend I know nothing?!
It's spooked me a tad!
TIA

I would send them seperately(sp?). It looks better and presumably the buyer has paid 2 lots of postage charges, and if I was him I would want to get my moneys worth! Maybe you could email him and suggest sending both DVDs in one parcel and refund some of the postage charges? Keeps you both happy!:j30/7/10:j

thanks.
If it were me who was the buyer and I knew both items were from same seller then I think I;d be a bit peeved bout paying postage twice, but then again they are two separate transactions through two separate companies!* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

i think i would just send them both separately, don't contact the buyer, and pretend you didn't notice the same person bought 2 items0

Get half the DVDs in one box set and swap them with the other half-set of DVDs in the other box set. Send the buyer one set of duplicate DVDs in one packet. The next day send the other set of duplicates in totally different packaging. Have some fun! If he's the person has half a sense of humour they will appreciate the joke. Only do this if the box set have no permanent seal. They say you can't put a value on life... but I live it at half price!0

lol at broke student but don't think I will!
Gonna send them separately I think. If he had bought them off same website then I would have done postage discount.
I've sold 9 out of the 12 items I've listed so far!
Thanks for replies

buyers who use playtrade get free delivery on all items and it costs £1.24 for amazon marketplace dvds (uk buyers). i'd say, if you're paying more than £1.24 to send both items separately (which you probably are), then you're gonna be out of pocket. i'd combine them and save a little xtra.0
