Combi boiler broken, no heating - please help!

We have a Potterton Performa 24 gas fired combi boiler and it doesn't work. Earlier on today the pressure was low so I opened up the valves and increased the pressure to just uner 2.0 and then expected it to fire up, but it didn't. Tried resetting it and switching it on and off but nothing seems to work and now we have no heating.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong and how to solve it?

Dont know if this will help but my hot water and c/heating went and after changing the pump it turned out to be muck in the tank in the loft.

There could be a reset button that you have to press, but I do not know the boiler.

If your pressure is low, you have a leak somewhere. Cant help on why it is not firing up though.

Hi, did you manage to solve your problem?
I've got the same boiler which has decided to stop working today!!
My house was always cold as it was but with no heating or hot water its bloody FREEZING!!
The boiler is making all the noises it is usually makes but doesn't seem to fire up but none of the fault indicator lights are on??!!
I've spent all day trying to get through to Potterton or Heat Team to try & find out what is going on and am just being left on hold endlessly!!
Being quoted £150 emergency call out elsewhere but don't want to pay that if its something I'm doing wrong or can fix myself in 2 minutes. I can't find an ignition switch or button, the reset switch has no effect and it looks like you can't light these type of boilers from a match (even though I know you aren't supposed to!)
Even Warm Sure are saying they can't come out till Wednesday!!
I'm disabled and DESPERATELY need some warmth!!!
