Balance Transfer??

in Credit cards
Hi guys,
i'm slowly but surely paying off my three credit cards, problem is this month i'm a bit short as i had to get our roof repaired and didn't really budget for it. Anyway i have my large credit card (balance £4000) statement due to be paid (£140), but i don't really have the money at the moment, i will in a few weeks but that will be a late payment and i promised myself this year i would pay everything early or at least on time. Anyway question is i have a small credit card with £200 available, if i do a balance tranfer for £140 on the other credit card, does that company count that as a payment?? or would i still have to make the min payment.
Many Thanks
NR

I'm pretty sure the answer is yes but I'm no expert. If you aren't sure why not give the company a call to check...0

a BT would count as a payment
it can however take some time so check it out
however if you have a DD set up they may take that to depending upon the T&Cs0
