I can't log in, tried several times and even sent them e-mails but no reply, I have been with VO for ages with the same email and password, I even tried the 'lost password' button but that says my e-mail is not on the database which is daft I have been with them ages and I have about £10 in my account now and they have sent me several vouchers in the pastPenny Pinching Pauline0
