This happens every so often with VOP, usually after a worthwhile survey, in my experience.
If you send an e-mail to the enquiries address, you eventually get a standard message saying 'tough', in my experience.

The site seems to be up and running again now,I was getting a bit worried as I have over £8.00 pending with them,I have received quite a few surveys lately.

just had a survey from valued opinions and completed it and managed to log in, so heres hoping its all fixed now, although i still have credit pending for what seems like ages now!!!!!

Identical piglet, had some trouble signing in recently then today just got a survey and now have just under £10 credit pending.

How long does it take for everyone elses credit to get added?? Mines been pending since my very first survey.

I've never had a problem logging in.

Out of curiosity, has anyone else had the 12 week cat food survey?

I couldnt log in weekend. However, got a survey last night and also received yesterday a £10 Tesco voucher that I had sent for.
