Natwest CC - unavailble to speak to on Sundays!

In this day and age I find it baffling as to why Natwest can't have their credit card call centre open on a Sunday!

I want to do a BT but will have to wait til monday evening now. Can't even do it online as they have yet to send me the relevant passcodes.

Admitedly (sp?) it does say on statement the opening times but it's still annoying!

Rant over.

    I know that!

I am just frustrated as I sat down this morning to sort out all my finances and now feel deflated as can't finish what I started. Trying to be an eager bunny.

aw lol and then when they are open, we're waiting in the Q for what seems like forever, or we're working ourselves, good luck in getting things sorted xx

Nothing to do with "can't" its whether or not it makes business sense to open on Sundays - clearly for NW CCs it doesn't.

I remember when most things were open 9 to 5 or thereabouts, closed on a Sunday, early closing on a Wednesday, and people had a life as well as an underpaid job in a call centre.
Perhaps we were just cleverer in those days, but somehow we still survived...
