Have used them loads of times and saved heaps of money. Had one problem with a car seat which broke two months after getting it (Britax as well!!) They do have a premium rate phone number which gets answered very quickly and gets a much speedier solution to problems (rather than constant emails). Although I agree with previous op that having to wait whilst seat was collected and examined was a pain, but all in all experience was good and only took 5days to receive a new seat from initially contacting them. Luckily grandparents had a spare!! :xmassign:

Kiddicare are AWESOME, Iordered yesterday at 1.30pm and my daughter is now sitting in her new highchair eatingl unch. It arrived about 2 hours ago!!!!!!!!!

not delivered to me i live 20 miles from the place, they do have some mega bargins instore which are not shown online, i got some pram sheets really bright red, blue, green £1 each that a bargin

God, how frustrating that they dont deliver to you when you are so close to them- SODS! I didnt realise they hads tores as well, thanks for that tip. I'll go back to the site and do a store search,hopefully there will be one near to me!

Unfortunately Kiddicare never have given out any discount codes or free delivery (for items under £50.00)
I live locally to them and their shop is great. They are building another bigger one, on the other side of the city (estimated to cost in the region of £14m!!!
Owner started with a small shop in Werrington village, and is a multi millionaire, but has obviously worked hard for it, though.
Some great bargains to be found on their website.
