i wasnt happy with a high chair i got from them as a bit of plastic was split by the feet...no telephone to contact them..just tedious emailing back and fro as they wanted me to show them and send them a pic...made them an offer to keep it if they gave me a discount which they did for £10 bring the cost of the high chair to £17 including delivery...great company if you dont have faulty goods otherwise you do get annoyed with not being able to call them to arrange a replacement and collection of faulty item at same time...least with the high street you can exchange or refund with no delay.....

I think thats the risk you take with internet shopping as you say the High Street is easier when it comes to faulty goods. Never had any probs with Kiddicare... hope they continue offering quality cheap items throughout 2006!

your right but when you return a high chair/buggy etc...with kiddicare they want to receive it..inspect it...before consenting to a replacement.. what will you use in the meanwhile? they should be obligated to send a replacement straight away so you can use the faulty (but safe) item in the mean while....or send and collect same time!

ive never had a prob with kiddicare and found them fast and efficient with free delivery.

Its my first time using them, I'd not heard of them before today. I only ordered at about 1.30pm and have just had an email and a phone call to say my order has been dispatched!!!!!

We all know where my first stop will be for kids bits now dont we?????????????????

i did not rate kiddicare when i was expecting my baby, got myself a bargin 1/2 price car seat (i thought) until i got it home and looked in argos same price and 5 miles down the road,

i also found the same priced stuff in smaller baby shops and department stores at the local high street..
