Anyone used aferry.to?

Has anyone used the aferry.to website? I was thinking of booking through them, and although they seem perfectly respectable, there seems to be no other way of contacting them but via email? Just worried whether they have decent customer services if things went pear-shaped...

I've never used www.aferryto.com either but I came across two references on the internet and the posters seem reasonably happy with their experience of using the company.

Dormouse,
Came across this link also, maybe worth a look -

I've never had cause to book through them. Usually any fare they come up with is available direct from the ferry operator direct.0
