Problems with handset after it's been repaired
Options
Hi,
Just wanted some advice really. I'd been with T-mobile for 18 months with no problems, I then upgraded to the K850i in November...since then I have had 3 problems with my phone
The first was rectified in store, the second had to be sent away to the repair centre.
The fault had rendered the phone unusable as the screen was freezing and switching off when using the phone. I'd initially been advised to perform a software update via a link from the T-mobile website. Once the software update had completed the phone wouldn't even switch on.
I had to wait 4 days for a special delivery bag to arrive and then the phone was away for 2 further weeks (not the 1-3 days originally advised)
I called T-mobile after 10 days and was advised that the turn around was actually 14 days.
The phone arrived yesterday, and whilst I can now switch the phone on, the original problem of the phone freezing remains.
A further phone call to T-mobile and I have no alternative but to send the handset back again for repair.
I'm beginning to wish I'd just stayed with my old handset as I'd not had problems in the previosu 18 months.
Has anyone had any similar experiences with this phone?
Thanks
