Webpage unavailable while online " pop up box ??

seems coincidental to having to reinstall aol 9vr on my windows xp the other day ..

as i go onto a new webpage i occassionally get a pop up box that says ...

headed .. "webpage unavailable while online"
words ....." The webpage you requested is not available offline . To view this page click connect " .
there is then 2 boxes to click .... "connect" and "stay offline"


from what i can tell i'm online when that box comes up ..

what is the problm ?? how do i rectify ??

I also occassioally get a box telling me i need to dial up connect .. but i'm on broadband ?

    In internet options select "Never Dial a connection" and delete the old dial up connection from connections in control panel.
