I'm not a happy bunny. Ordered their pay monthly sim card (the one that's one month contract) last Sunday evening. By Tuesday I had no indication that the credit check had gone through, so called their helpline. Apparently it had gone through on Tues morning, but I didn't get an email til Wednesday telling me so. On the 23rd (same day), they emailed me saying my order was about to be dispatched. Fine, I thought, I'll get it by Friday. It's now Saturday, no sign of the sim card and won't be here til Monday (fingers crossed).
I ordered online thinking it'd be easier than traipsing into town, didn't realise it'd take over a week.
