Help with pdf file stuff... Please!!

Hi,
I'm a complete novice when it comes to doing anything other than open up files and browsing the net and would really appreciate some help!!:o

I have saved a pdf file for a money off coupon but when you print it out, it is enormous and takes up the whole page!!!!

I've enclosed the link so you can see what I mean....

http://www.uncut.co.uk/src/uncut_coupon.pdf

Is there anyway that I can re-size this to make it more acceptable??

I work from a laptop just in case this makes a difference.:o

Thanks in advance!!!!!

  • If you are printing from within Adobe Acrobat reader, when you click on Print, there should be a panel halfway down on the left called Page Handling. Scaling is probably set to fit to printer margins, if you change it to none - it will probably reduce the size correctly.

    Hope that helps,

    Regards,

    White.

Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.
  • Thanks White, if I put none for the margins, the size remains the same:confused:

Thanks Chuckles but there is no option to print booklet:confused:

Ah, I'm using Vista and the default printer on this laptop is the built-in Microsoft Document XPS writer? The option exists in there, but not everywhere else apparently :o

Also, try Foxit Reader as an alternative to Acrobat; you might be pleasantly surprised :)

Smaller footprint, very fast (compared to the miserably slow Acrobat), and won't bleed computer memory :)
