Anglo Irish savings account: 6.3% & free CHAPS?

This article claims that the Anglo Irish savings account offers free CHAPS transfers. Effectively that would make it an account that pays 6.3% but allows instant cheque withdrawals (CHAPS>current account then cheque from current account).

However I can't see anything on the AIB site that confirms this. Anyone know if it's true?
Thanks

Perhaps the author didn't read the small print...Same-day fund transfers*
*Funds will be sent on that day, or if that is not a business day, on the next business day provided the instruction is received before 2pm on that day. Please note: BACS transfers usually take 3 working days to become available in your nominated account after the day of transfer.

The author of the article has actually responded to this same query from someone else. Here's what she said:
I am absolutely, positively, no doubts in my mind sure that the info provided is correct :-)
If i had one of those 100% sure guarantee gold rosette type thingys on me i'd stick it on this post to re-assure everyone that yes, CHAPS transfers, as long as the instruction is received before 2pm, are completely free of charge! Brilliant eh?
The info on the site is a bit misleading i know. But the Anglo Irish press office said that BACS transfers are also available IF needed. For example, if the beneficiary bank charges money for receipt of CHAPS transfers.
Interesting. Has anyone actually got one of these accounts? I guess that'd settle it!0
