Calls to 0845/0870 from NTL line

I have just had NTL installed and is currently on their standard 3-2-1 package. Using an Orchid Dialer I am using call 1899 for my calls to landlines and mobiles except for local weekend calls which are free on the 3-2-1 package.
Unfortunatley I have to make around 5-6 calls to 0870 and 0845 numbers per week that don't seem to be that cheap on 1899.
Does anyone know of any cheaper CPS options for dialling these 0845 and 0870 numbers on a NTL cable line? Have looked at a couple that use 0844 numbers but are these free to call on the 3-2-1 NTL package?

CPS is only available via BT lines.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc...
