Last April I Sign A Contract And Put Down 20k Deposit For A New Property To Be Ready In Feb 2008.
Now I Have Been Told It Will Not Be Ready Until May 2008, By This Time My Mortgage Offer Will Run Out. If I Am Un Able To Get A New Offer Considering The Recent Credit Crunch, What Poistion Will I Be In?

You'll have to find another mortgage offer. It rather sounds like you've exchanged contracts, which means you have to go ahead - or lose your deposit :eek:
If you have a good credit record and the repayments are affordable, then you should have no problem. Who arranged your mortgage? You could speak to them and see what they think .....
