Adobe Flash Player 9.0.115 Download Problems

I went to do a survey and it said I have the older version of adobe flash player so I tried to get the new one but I can't seem to get it to download.
It's win xp explorer 7
Has anyone else had problems downloading this or with it once its on?

Instead of installing it 'online', download the installer package from here.
