some1 got the password to my ebay and paypal accounts and changed them, then sold some items and sent the payment to another paypal. now the buyer wants me to pay it back ? were do i stand with this

Id phone paypal about this and make them aware of the problem you are having. They were a great help to me when i had the same sort of trouble on paypal.0

Get onto ebay Live help as soon as you can, this is urgent!
I don't have a link but either do a google search or wait for one of th eother regulars to log in and give you the link.
You must regain full access to your account and let ebay know what has happened. Until ebay know it wasn't you they will think you are the seller as they dn't know differently. You will also have to deal with the flack from angry buyers..so sort this out quickly and let ebay help.
Also get over to the techie board and get advice on securing your PC. It is up to you to stay secure, so do a full clean and see if you have a key logger or other problem.
