problem when trying to print help required

hi when i press to print it comes up JSWRESDLL not loaded then underneath it says C\WINDOWS\system32\spool
then a black box comes up and it will print but carries on when finished and all programmes lock up.i have googled the JSW etc only got one thing up and it said something about spyware and viruses. does anybody know what is happening. my printer worked fine until late yesterday
