Sofa springs

Hello all,
We have 2 springs which have popped up in our leather corner suite - it is only 14 months old too.
Is there anyway of getting these put back in? The seat cushions are fixed - so I am unable to remove them to open the webbing and reattach the spring.
Is it worth going up through the underneath of the sofa? Or can I pay someone to do this professionally?
Thanks in advance
Rich
