Egg CC - £10 cashback with £50 spend

Sorry if this has been posted before, you can't search for Egg threads as the word is too short.

Egg have emailed me to say they'll credit my account with £10 if i spend £50 on their card before july 31st.

seems like easy money to me
has anyone else had this offer, or is it just because i've not used the card for a bit?

It`s has been posted before but it`s good to know they`re still doing it.

hmm, prob 3 or 4 months. but i used it fairly regularly (a few times a month) before that.

seems like an incentive to use it for a bit, then forget about it again for a few months, and wait for them to entice me back again

I got this email today too. I haven't used my Egg card for approx 3 months. I am buying some clothes for my holiday this weekend, so will use the Egg card and pay off in full. A free tenner is nothing to be sniffed at!

Had this myself, make sure they credit it I had to make a few calls and chase this until it was finally refunded.
