Hi
Paypal have put a limit on my account - because of a refund of £1.80 owed to me!
I've jumped through all their hoops but I'm no nearer to getting it sorted - I have to wait for a letter which should have been here a couple of weeks ago but apparently could take months.
Can I open another paypal account from my address with a different debit card, and if necessary a new ebay name. I'm a buyer - I've only sold one item, but it's too much of a bother.
If this sounds dodgy to anyone it really isn't - I have over 200 feedback.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Cres,
I also had to wait for a letter to verify my account, it did not take that long though. My advice to you would be to ring 00353 14369001 which is Paypal customer services in Dublin. It is cheaper than the 0870 number on the website and they can deal with UK Queries.
