  • Hi,

I've used them in the past for a tray for my fridge.

Not exactly the quickest when posting items.

It appears to me you order the parts from them and they then order the items and send off to you.

I am not in hurry but I do dot want to disclose credit card details to a dodgy setup.I presume that your transaction was sound.Did you use phone or internet?
  • I used the internet,I will try and find out now how the payment was handled.

Good evening: We have used Espares for vacuum parts....ordered over the phone...happy with the service and products.

Ask to see CIPHE (Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering)
  • Looking at my invoice it does not show who accepted the payment on their behalf.

Ordering on the internet they would not see your card details.

But if it looked any way dodgy, I wouldn't have proceeded.

My mum ordered her parts on 14th January and 2 weeks later they turned up even though they quote 3-5 days. Yep it was sent via Royal Mail but 2 weeks is daft. I am still waiting for parts that were sent out 8 days ago. On Monday they told me they would be here by now. They are really really slow. Weird that CDWOW etc can get the goods to you within 3 days but UK companies can't.
2 weeks later and still waiting for the parts to arrive. They send from London - I only live 10 miles away - obviously disappeared into a hole.

    I have used http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/ before.

Found them hugely helpful, parts arrived quickly and you can pay by paypal.

I've used espares a couple of times and found them to be fine. I think stuff does come from different places as a couple of pieces arrived the next day and another a few days later.
