tesco's are selling four easter eggs for only £3, works out at 75p each. Cheaper than asda who were selling them for £1 each.

There seems to be a bit of an easter eggs price war on this year.

Sainsburys are selling some eggs (Flake, creme egg etc) for 99p half price from £1.99. It's only until 18th Feb though.

This is true, I've just got back from a trip to town and Woolworths were selling medium sized eggs for 1.00 too. They are limiting numbers to 10 per customer though but are still cheaper than Morrisons who are selling the same thing for 1.09. Not sure if I should post this as a grabbit or not as obviously as previous posters have said there is a bit of an Easter Egg war going on with the major stores. Wonder which one of them is going to end up with egg on their faces???

Thanks a lot for this.They are selling them marked down from 1.69 to 1.00 but limiting the number you can buy to 10 per customer. Looks like there is an Easter Egg price war on at the moment!!!!

was at the till buying 10 today and the assistant asked how many I had as you could only buy 10 per person, while this was going on my friend was at the next till buying 12!!
