  • Sorry not me. I usually buy some very small toys instead of giving lots of chocolate.
  • Why would you be reading this thread if you don't buy Easter eggs, or you have no intention of buying in February? I don't get it!

    Thanks OP, good spot.

    the more reasonable priced ones
left nearer Easter last year and its
    such a saving.

Smarties & Kit Kat were the slow

I bought them when they were a £1 each if you bought 3 in Wilkinson's.
Unfortunately I ate them (with the help of the kids)
I just can't resist. Therfore will have to wait until just before Easter to buy them:o

I used to wait until nearer the time and get bargain Easter eggs, but I agree, the last few years there hasn't been much left on the shelves - better to buy now I reckon.
  • None in the Tesco @ Walkden. Not sure if this offer is still on at Tesco. Does anyone know if it is at any around the Bolton/Chorley area ?

    If I was you...

Would wait till the end of the week, let all the mushy Valentines gear move out of the way...

    Could be worth your while

Popped into York Sainsbury's today and noticed that their 'normal' sized easter eggs are half price - 99p (instead of £1.99) :j

Asked the lady who was putting them out how long the offer was on for but she didn't know and said they had literally just come in and gone on the shelves!

There wasn't a massive choice, just creme egg, smarties and flake ones, which was perfect for me as my boys had asked for creme egg ones (these had sold out in our Asda when they were £1) and girls wanted smartie ones!

Popped into the Harrogate store on way home (as thought of a few more kids to buy for!) but they didn't have any out and was told they weren't putting theirs out until Friday (after Valentine's day)
