Upping Credit Card Limit

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone would be able to help with this please?

I've been trying to move my credit card debt off one card (HSBC) and onto a long term low interest card (Citi). I got a letter the other day saying I was successful with the Citi card, but the limit on the card is only £1500.
I need to transfer £3500 though.

Is there anyway this can be increased?
