any free photo editing software

Im after some photo editing software, anyone know where i can get some free- legally that is!

    Agree with suggestions. I use Picasa for organising and "quick" editing, resizing of photos and I use GIMP for more complex editing.

    I have included for you a link to Serif Software which are released "legally" and free by Serif themselves, granted they are older versions than what they are currently selling on the shelves but only by months really.

    You really don't need the quotation marks around legally. The site is run by Serif themselves. When it's directly from the manufacturer I don't see any question over its legality and legitimacy.
