Hotel Hyde Park this Saturday?

Hi all

We are going to see REM in Hyde Park this w/e and I still havent booked anywhere to stay..oops.

I would quite like somewhere close to Hyde Park and a "nice" hotel as we are on our wothout our 3 lovely babes!

Speedy help appreciated!

Have you tried https://www.wotif.com - It lists by area & grade of hotel. Good bet for last minute bookings and late availability.
Just looked & there doesn't seem to be much at Hyde Park (what is shown is expensive) but probably worth looking at other areas

I've used wotif too, ands it's v.good, but the best bargains I've had are with www.priceline.co.uk here you select an area, quality of hotel and a maximum price you'll pay - if they find a taker you've a booking.

I got a 4* central london for £50 for a double room - and they upgraded me to an executive floor when I arrived! This is definately best for real last minute bookings, as the hotels would rather sell the room, and hope you spend money at the bar/restaurant rather than have the room empty.
