Communications Complete

Has anyone ever heard of them / used them? DH's charity is currently using Caudwell Communications for phone calls, but Communications Complete are offering to save him even more money. He's found Caudwell very good and easy to deal with, and they seem to offer all the services he needs, but Comms Complete have a hugely detailed contract to sign which seems to give them a get out clause for everything.

Did a search over on the phones board but nothing came up, but then that's home phones and this is business.
